I have a Ragdoll named Giselle. She is quite a character but having a Ragdoll can be high maintenance and require a lot of grooming. From time to time, they will develop hair knots that might be quite difficult to remove other than cutting the knots off all together. However, with this tool, tough hair knots could be removed and combed out with care and patience. It works for Giselle and numerous long hair cats that I have looked after. Highly recommended.

The comb is with a dual head featuring a wider gap side of 6 teeth to loosen larger knots while the narrow gap side of 11 teeth cleans up the smaller tangles.

This tool is only best if you have a long hair cat with frequent hair knots which is difficult to comb out using a traditional grooming comb.
