Frequently Asked Questions
1.) How do you access my home during your visits?
For the safety and well-being of your cat, I need secure access to your home. This is typically arranged by providing a set of keys or keycode for the duration of your trip. If you have an alternative secure access method, I am happy to discuss it during our complimentary Meet & Greet consultation.
2.) Can I trust you in my home?
Absolutely. Trust is the foundation of our service, which is why I begin every new client relationship with a complimentary in-home Meet & Greet. This allows you to meet me in person, ask any questions, and feel completely confident. I am a professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience and my business is built on long-term relationships and stellar references from Hong Kong cat owners.
3.) Why is a Meet & Greet consultation required before booking?
The complimentary Meet & Greet is for the benefit of both you and your cat. It allows me to:
Meet your cat, understand their personality and routine.
Review your home environment and specific care instructions.
Discuss which of our service tiers (Standard, Premium, etc.) is the ideal fit.
This ensures I can provide the highest quality, safest, and most tailored care possible. In rare cases where a home environment or a cat’s severe medical condition poses an unacceptable risk to their well-being in your absence, I will discuss this with you openly.
4.) What happens in case of a medical emergency while my cat is in your care?
Your cat’s safety is my utmost priority. I have a clear Emergency Response Protocol:
Immediate Notification: I will contact you and your designated veterinarian without delay.
Guidance & Coordination: I will guide you or your emergency contact through the immediate next steps.
Continuous Care: I will stay with your cat to monitor and comfort them until the situation is resolved or you are able to take over.
Please note: All transportation and veterinary treatment costs are the pet owner’s responsibility. This protocol is activated by a signed Veterinary Authorization Form, which is required before service begins.
